More than 20 years ago, I have started my personal development in Human Resources field. I have fully discovered the beauty of experiencing the larger part of the so-called nowadays, HR profession. While embracing both business and people challenges, I have always believed that my job is not about fixing people but finding possibilities for them. Being an HR (Human Resources) person and all its areas from administration to development and organizational dynamics, gives me the sense of being fully happy with my personal and professional choice and ongoing development.

I love fruitful discussions with people, sharing experience, challenges and getting personal insights. Acting as a mentor, mediator or a coach opens a door where you see people grow, develop and reaching their full potential, free of judgement and open to possibilities.

Part of my journey is the constant curiosity to understand, learn and study more about psychology, mental and physical health, and well-being which can bring value to every person.  

Attending Erickson Coaching School, getting Master's degree in Organisation and Labour Psychology, attending courses and getting knowledge in well-being opened doors for me, where I believe I can support you in finding numerous possibilities, facing  your fears, a journey to self-awareness where you truly challenge yourself, your way of thinking, your beliefs and habits.
